| What is a nonconformity |
|
How The Word "Nonconformity" Applies To This Law Nonconformity refers to a car not conforming to the warrantee. Basically, the car isn't working the way the car maker guaranteed it would. The warrantee usually only applies to things that really shouldn't break, so if they are continually breaking and can't ever get permanently fixed, the car is not reliable, and the car is not conforming to the standards most people would normally apply when they are thinking of how a new car should act. "Nonconformity"
means a nonconformity which substantially impairs the use, value, or
safety of the new motor vehicle to the buyer or lessee. |
